GRAND PRIX LEATHER GLOSS GOES GLOBAL!
Since its launch in 1999 to glowing reviews both from users and the equestrian journals, Grand Prix Leather Gloss has been enjoying steady sales – once customers have tried it they keep coming back! Until now, it has only been available through a very select number of retailers and direct by mail order.
However, 2006 marked a new departure for the Leather Gloss team, with a brand new web site offering the ability for customers to buy conveniently and securely on line. The web site gives full product information and also plenty of feedback from existing users who include some of the top riders in Europe.
To mark the venture into internet sales, Grand Prix Leather Gloss has been re-launched with new packaging and an enhanced formulation – the new formula has additional essential oils which enhance both the shine on the tack and the scent. Still handmade, Grand Prix Leather Gloss is a unique product. There are saddle soaps and there are leather dressings, but Grand Prix Leather Gloss unites the qualities of these products in one “moisturiser for leather”. Grand Prix Leather Gloss feeds and conditions leather and at the same time produces a unique brilliant yet non-sticky shine.
Long time user International Rider and National Champion Nicky Barrett has known about Grand Prix Leather Gloss since it was first launched. Nicky says “it is quite simply the best saddle soap I have ever used. Not only does it feed the leather keeping it beautifully soft, but the product leaves a lovely long lasting shine on the tack. And since our son Milo discovered the damage he can do with his nails, I have also used Grand Prix Leather Gloss to renovate our leather sofa – and it can get rid of scratches on tack too!”
Helen Milner is overjoyed at the internet launch. She had been looking for further supplies of Grand Prix Leather Gloss for two years! Helen, who has been based in the past with Blyth Tait and Grant Cashmore, now produces young competition horses from her Worden Sports Horses yard - principally eventers, but also dressage and show jumping horses depending on what particular talents they display. Helen had bought Grand Prix Leather Gloss from a mobile saddler who visited her yard, but then she moved away from the area he covered. At about the same time Grand Prix Leather Gloss moved location. Up until now, Grand Prix Leather Gloss has only been available through a very select number of retailers and direct by mail order, and unfortunately for Helen did not appear on her internet searches. On finding out during one of her intermittent searches that she could get hold of her favourite product, Helen contacted Grand Prix Leather Gloss straight away: “I am soooo glad to find this soap – I was so impressed with your product and I have been trying to find you for two years. I had it before and my tack has never been so fantastic! It is simply the best product ever.“
Don't forget, Grand Prix Leather Gloss is not just a saddle soap - in one application it does the work of up to three conventional leather care products - and at half the cost!
